Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create an account?
Download Consoly from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), open the app, and follow the onboarding flow to create your account with a username and email.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the app's Settings screen by tapping "Delete Account." This action is permanent and will remove all your data, including stats and streaks.
How does the daily challenge work?
Every day at midnight (your local time), a new code challenge is released globally. You have 3 attempts to guess the exact console output of the code snippet. Everyone gets the same challenge.
Why was my answer marked as wrong?
Consoly uses strict validation. Your answer must match the exact console output, including case sensitivity, spacing, and data types. We normalize whitespace and line endings for fairness, but everything else must be precise.
How do I manage my subscription?
iOS: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device to view, modify, or cancel your subscription.
Android: Open Google Play Store → Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions to manage your Consoly subscription.
How do I request a refund?
iOS: Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
Android: Refunds are handled by Google. Visit Google Play Help to request a refund for any recent purchase.
